I came here for 3 nights and had a perfectly pleasant stay. The hotel was big with a comfortable location very close to the most important monuments. The staff were attentive and amicable, ready to any request. The vibe here was quiet.

My room had a rustic charm that fit perfectly with the Italian vibe I was looking for. The self-check-in instructions were quite detailed, but once I followed them, everything went smoothly. Staff communication was also solid. They set up transportation from the airport without any hassles. The room had only one small window far from the bed, feel a bit dark and cramped. The view from that window was underwhelming. Despite these inconveniences, the cozy atmosphere and attention to detail from the staff kept me satisfied .

I loved the cozy little touches, like the coffee machine in the reception, and the peaceful ambiance was just perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing! My only downside was the slightly overwhelming self-check-in instructions, but it was manageable in the end.

The Superior Double Room was cozy and had a nice rustic vibe. The bed was comfortable and the room was generally clean after our initial hiccup. There was a cute little bistro just steps away for coffee. Just a bit of a hassle with check-in since it was a bit confusing with all the doors to go through.

This place has an excellent location near the Jewish quarter, within close proximity to all the main attractions and kosher restaurants.
