My room had a rustic charm that fit perfectly with the Italian vibe I was looking for. The self-check-in instructions were quite detailed, but once I followed them, everything went smoothly. Staff communication was also solid. they set up transportation from the airport without any hassles. However, the room had only one small window far from the bed, which made it feel a bit dark and cramped. Also, the view from that window was underwhelming. Despite these inconveniences, the cozy atmosphere and attention to detail from the staff kept me satisfied during my stay.

The Superior Double Room was cozy and had a nice rustic vibe. The bed was comfortable and the room was generally clean after our initial hiccup. There was a cute little bistro just steps away for coffee. Just a bit of a hassle with check-in since it was a bit confusing with all the doors to go through.
